The college has been established by Aristotle Educational Society, which was started in 2000 by young, highly qualified and motivated group of individuals with an intention to provide high quality technical education to students from rural and low socio-economic communities. Since its inception, the society has established multiple and diverse institutions in the higher education space with a goal to graduate professionals who are trained and prepared to become leaders in their respective fields.
Established in 2008, KG Reddy College of Engineering and Technology’s (KGRCET) sole purpose is to create the next generation of engineers who are primed to succeed in the time of constant flux. By offering globally lauded teaching and learning methodologies, supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities, KGRCET has been consistently giving rise to a new wave of trailblazers of over a decade. All the stakeholders at KGRCET collectively work towards achieving the vision and mission of the institution.

Mission
Ln. K. Krishna Reddy, Chairman of K G Reddy College of Engineering & Technology, is an Engineering Graduate with Masters Degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Wien, Austria. Mr. Reddy brings with him 15 years of experience in IT domain. In his previous occupations he has not only worked with IT industry, but has also been actively involved in the edification initiatives. In the past, he had also been director of various software and construction companies.
Focusing on Mr. Reddy’s involvement in the field of education, Mr. Reddy has imparted technical education to students in India and abroad. In fact his contributions towards this field have been acknowledged at the most serious levels and in the same context, the Indian Government has honoured him with “Rastriya Ratna” award. In addition to the stated, Ln. K Krishna Reddy has been bestowed several national and International awards for his contribution to the needy and the society.
Dr. Rohit Kandakatla has completed his Ph.D. in Engineering Education from Purdue University and is currently serving as the Director for Strategy, Operations, and Human Resource Development at KG Reddy College of Engineering and Technology. He also has an adjunct faculty appointment with the Center for Engineering Education Research at KLE Technological University. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology and Masters in Embedded Systems from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad. His research interests include education policy, faculty development, understanding organizational development in higher education, and integration of technology and entrepreneurship in engineering education. He was awarded Young Engineering Educator Scholarship by National Science Foundation (NSF), IUCEE Young Leader Award for the year 2015, and IGIP SPEED Young Scientist Award for the year 2014. He previously served as the President of the Student Platform for Engineering Education Development (SPEED) and the Vice-President for Student Engagement of the International Federation for Engineering Education Societies (IFEES) where he has led many student-based initiatives to help solve engineering education issues at the local and global level.
Dr. S. Sai Satyanarayana Reddy is the Principal of KG Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, Telangana and Professor in CSE Department. He has done B.E in Civil Engineering, M.E. in Systems Information from BITS Pilani, PhD in Computer Science and Engineering, SMIEEE, FIE, FIETE, CE, LMISTE, LMCSI, MASEE, MIAENG, and MGED as part of his academics. He has a rich 29 years of experience in Industrial, Teaching, Administration and Research domains and has also published various articles in National and International Journals and Conferences. And throughout his academic career, he has worked as a Principal of Vardhaman College of Engineering, Hyderabad for 6 ½ years, as a Professor of Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram for 10 years and as the Department Head of CSE at Vazir Sultan College of Engineering, Khammam for 8 years. In addition to this, he is a BOS Chairman for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SIETand KITS Warangal , BOS Member for K.U. in Computer Science & Engineering, Warangal, Senior Member of IEEE, Fellow of IETE and I.E, Life Member of CSI and ISTE, Member of ASEE, GEDC and IFEES. He has also published 80+ research papers in various International and National Journals and conferences, is a Google Scholar with 139 Citations, 6 H-Index and 4 i10-Index. He has authored a book on Intellectual Property Rights and Multimedia Security Paradigms, worked as an Editor of Advancements in Security and Privacy Initiatives for Multimedia Images. Also, he has visited numerous countries including USA, Canada, Italy, Australia, South Korea, China, Israel, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Spain, Netherlands and Ireland to attend conferences and give presentations. He has 8 patents on his name and he is a certified professional on technologies like IBM Mainframes- DB2, RAD, RFT, Lotus Notes, Cisco Network CCNA, Silver light, Azure, Hadoop Technologies and Matlab. He has received the Vidya Ratna Award from the Economic for Health and Educational Growth in New Delhi, Asia's Best Research Award from IMURE in Thailand for his amazing work on cognitive and Behavioral therapies for positional vertigo disorders, Best Teacher Award in 2018 by CBI of Hyderabad.
